Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery confirmation of your item. If more than 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, an exchange can be issued up to 90 days total after you received the item.

Exchanges: (if applicable)
Items may be replaced if they are defective or damaged due to no fault of the end user of the product or the buyer wants a different product for any reason. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or for another item available in our online store please use our return form under > contact us or alternatively send us an email at customersupport@classycase.com to open an exchange request.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us with the reason for your return/exchange and the item must be shipped back to us. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable except in circumstances due to a manufacturer defect.

If you are shipping an item(s) with value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and exchanges approval: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds and exchanges are only granted once the product has been received by us.
Once approved your refund or credit will be processed. For returns a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days. For exchanges a credit promo code will be emailed to you within three business days. Exchange promo codes up to the value of the original item being exchanged expire 30 days after issue.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@classycase.com.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item as a form of an exchange. We only offer exchanges in the form of a gift credit for items marked as a gift. An original receipt or proof of purchase from us will be required to verify the item was originally purchased from us within the last 90 days. Once the returned item is received, a gift promo code equal to the original purchase amount for the item(s) will be emailed to you for use on the website. Gift codes are merely a gift credit similar to that of a "promo code" for those who receive a product from us as a gift and want to exchange it, gift codes are not gift cards therefore they expire 30 days after the gift code is distributed.

In the event you are the end user of a gift (gift receiver) - and the gift purchaser did not mark the item as a gift at checkout and/or the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themselves then given to you (the gift receiver) we will send a refund to the gift giver and they are notified about your return in the event you send an item back to us to be refunded.
